Hi I'm James Williams and I’m 22 years old, I’m a London based private personal trainer who travels to your house with the equipment or meets you at the park or even your local gym! Wherever is easiest for you. I use my experience from sports and my own training to help clients achieve their goals. There are many reasons why people choose to exercise. Whether you want to improve your sport performance, reduce health risks, or look and feel better I can help you achieve that. My philosophy focuses on continual lifelong learning as I work towards enhancing the well-being of my clients by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, support, guidance and resources to assist and inspire them on their journey to a healthier life. Together we will transform your quality of life through active participation in regular fitness activities and the integration of guided fitness programs, to make your health goals become a reality, in a caring, fun, and dynamic environment. This is adaptable training for people on the move.
How It Works
You will read and pick an area of training from the 'fitness categories' section of my website and then contact me. I will then get back to you that same day or the day after (latest) to arrange a one-on-one consultation.
Consultation
We will meet for a chat around any area of London, (I'm based in Queens Park.) to discuss your goals and any medical queries or questions you have about your fitness and desired goals. We will then arrange when to meet up for a 1hr training session. I can be very flexible with my weekly timetable. You can book 1 session per week or more if required.
Payment
After an initial single session you can pay for 3 sessions in one block and you can use them whenever you want. Its £50 per session for an hour of one-on-one focused training. I will always pick exercises that suit you that are within your capability but with a little bit of work!
